Ferny Paradox ("we", "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information we receive when you use the site and how we use it. We collect as little personal information as possible.
Information you send us
If you use our contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject, message, and your consent acknowledgement that you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and manage the conversation. We do not build profiles, sell data, or use your details for automated decision-making.
Legal basis and retention
We process your message on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and reasonable follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete any personal information you have sent us, and we will comply within 30 days. Email fernyparadox@protonmail.com with the address you used to contact us. You may also ask for a copy of what we hold.
Eligibility
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Contact form provider
Our contact form is processed by FormSubmit. Information submitted through the form is transmitted to FormSubmit to deliver your message to the studio. Please review FormSubmit's privacy information for details about its processing and retention.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use analytics trackers. Because we only use strictly necessary technology, no cookie consent banner is required. One local preference may be stored in your browser: whether you have switched interface sound effects on or off. That setting stays on your device, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared by clearing your browser storage.
Fonts and external resources
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google's servers to retrieve those fonts; Google's privacy policy applies to that request.
Third-party services
We keep integrations to a minimum. The only third parties involved in running this site are the contact form processor and the font provider described above. We do not use advertising SDKs, pixel trackers, or session replay tools.
Your choices
You can ask about, request a copy of, or request deletion of information you have sent us, and withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Email fernyparadox@protonmail.com.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the site changes. The date above shows when it was last revised.
